Building regulation certification is a type of approval certification from LABC (the body in charge of local Authority Building Control in England, Wales and Scotland. This type of regulation takes the hassle out and increases the speed of your application process.
The Guardian Warm Roof system has undergone rigorous independent analysis both thermally and structurally in order to obtain LABC & LABSS certification. This creates a process that will proceed faster, smoother and without complication, and is covered as part of our full service.
If you require certification – With our expert advice, we’ll be able to inform you if the works require building control certification.
Once works are complete, a final visit is arranged to sign off the works. From approval, you should receive your certification within 14 days.
