Our findings

This property had a single story at the back of the property looking out onto a large, much-loved garden. The homeowners really wanted to be able to fully enjoy that space, so it was important that the new doors maxed out on light and space, bringing the outside in so that the garden could really be enjoyed. Aluminium Bifold Doors were absolutely perfect for this because of their ultra-slim sightlines.

Our external door installation process

Step 1

Our installers arrive at the site at 8 am. We always start by covering and protecting the working area and then move on to removing the existing doors, being careful not to damage any internal or external walls.

Step 2

The new aluminium sliding doors are fitted into place.

Step 3

A check over of the door is completed, followed by a demo of how to operate them. This is followed by a thorough tidy-up and removal of the old doors. These will be taken away by our waste disposal company which will process and recycle what they can, with any general waste turned into a resource, Refuse Derived Fuel.

Project completion

This sliding door installation was completed in two days, and the difference is clear. The dining area opens seamlessly onto the large patio area, allowing the homeowners to fully enjoy their garden. During the summer months, those sliding doors can be open all day, and when the weather is less favourable the slim profile of the frames let the available light flow into the room.
