Our findings

This conservatory was around 15 years old with a polycarbonate roof which did not insulate well. The homeowners were finding the space to be uncomfortable due to the temperature and weather noise. The roof replacement needed to improve the overall insulation of the conservatory as well as give it a fresher, brighter look.

Our external door installation process

Step 1
We always start by covering and protecting the working area and then move onto removing the existing conservatory roof. By the end of day one, the structure is watertight with the new roof in situ.
Step 2
The electrician arrives to carry out a 1st fix for the new lighting and our installers finish new lead work externally and ensure the new box gutter is installed correctly. We then start to work on the inside of the roof.
Step 3
Our installers complete the internal and external works, including new guttering and rainwater pipes. The inside is now ready for plastering.
Step 4
The new ceiling is then plastered internally and the electrics can be reconnected. A final clean down is then carried out before completion.

The finished conservatory warm roof installation was completed in 5 days. The fully insulated Habify warm roof will keep the conservatory at a constant, comfortable temperature all year round, and the clean, white finish on the interior with LED downlights has given the room a much lighter, brighter more modern feel.
