This large conservatory had an old, glazed roof which was offering the homeowners very little in the way of insulation. As a result the space was very cold in the winter and left unused for much of the year. They wanted to use the space but it was noisy and uncomfortable and didn’t feel like part of the home.
The homeowners opted for a solid tiled warm roof from Habify, using the Guardian warm roof system. This would be insulated and plastered on the inside and include two glazed roof panels to make the most of the natural light.
Remove the old roof and make conservatory watertight.

This 7 day installation was watertight from day one, but had a few fantastic additions which meant the job took slightly longer. One of those was the installation of a woodburner, making this space incredibly warm and cosy. They chose two roof lights, creating a wonderful feeling of light and space.
The homeowners chose Tapco tiles, to complement the rest of the property.
