Our findings

Darren and Julie’s conservatory had a polycarbonate roof which had degraded over time and become leaky and draughty. The space was unusable for most of the year due to temperatures being too hot or too cold and the overall appearance had become dated.

Project Plan

Our four step process

Step 1
Remove the old roof and make conservatory watertight.
Step 2
Commence tiling and lead work including electricals.
Step 3
Insulate the roof and plasterboard internal structure.
Step 4
Complete electrical and plaster, ready for painting.

Project End

Project completion

The finished installation has left Darren and Julie with a clean, modern, usable space which integrates seamlessly with the rest of their home. The roof is watertight and well insulated, providing a consistent, comfortable temperature all year round.
